Help new chick hatch!

My aunt raises silkies and has never had this problem but she has had 2 chicks hatch same day and they have what looks like could be yolk sack not absorbed? Are we correct and what could be causing it?
 
Can you post pictures of them?
 
I have tried a few times so hoping these actually go through? But both that hatched last night did it same day
