Help! One of my hens has a swollen eye. What do I do?

I looked up the bausch and lomb eye relief and they have different kinds of eye wash? I just want to know if it matters to much on which kind, and what kind of saline is best, thank you!
And what should I look out for with saline?

How should I apply it though? Strait from the container or put it in a syringe? I think the saline containers are a bit big and would make putting it in her eye difficult.

I would use it directly from the bottle if possible.

I haven't been doing anything with her eye for the last three days or so now.
Before that I was putting terramycin in her eye once a day after rinsing her eye which went quit well each time. I had to do it when she was in the coop already sleeping (I can't catch her any other time of day as she is feeling a lot better and is almost back to normal, I don't want to chase her around a ton).
I think I am going to start doing the terramycin and saline tonight or just the saline what should I do and keep it up for seven days?
I have pictures of her eye and her just doing her normal chicken things.
I will post the pictures of her here soon.

You can probably do it once a day. If nighttime is the easiest for you to get a hold of her, then that would probably be the best time to treat the eye.
If her eye is still swollen or irritated, then applying the ointment is a good idea.

These are from earlier today.

Turkey was looking at the ground in this photo.

She is adjusting to seeing out of one eye very well, she still seems pretty high up in the pecking order. Curious seems to be the the boss of everyone so she will peck at Turkey when ever she thinks she needs to get out of her way.

Turkey has been eating drinking and foraging with everyone else like she used to.

And I figured out the saline thing I use it strait from the bottle, it is a lot easier then I was thinking it would be.

Her eye doesn't have any swelling or anything like that from what I can tell.
How would I tell if it is irritated? I know her holding her eye closed would probably mean it's not feeling great, but I am not sure.

I will try getting a closer picture of her eye later, so you can see what looks like better.
