Help please!!!! Can Club foot and a joint infection be treated?!?!??

Pictures of both fronts from the side. I'm seeing long toes and long pasterns. His trimming looks real suspect. Start with a different farrier.
Joint infections are never a death sentence but they are an emergency and need aggressive care. A month out, the window has passed. Hopefully he was managed appropriately (joint lavage, wraps, antibiotics) and not just left to fend for himself. The bigger issue is why is a 5 year old getting joint injections? If he honest to God needs them, you just got yourself a very expensive, high maintenance horse who won't hold up to any work.
