Help Please (Poop Pics just in case of any Sensitivity)

Chicks are in their old smaller brooder now, so I can clean out and replace bedding (clean it every 2 to 3 days). I have sand and Sweet PDZ in there. I have dug out all poops but they're coated in the sand/PDZ mixture. Should I just kind of smear them on a white paper towel so I can snap pics of them?

I'll find links to other sites since TSC isn't helpful, at all. I didn't realize their links didn't go to the product. Ugh. My apologies
Not your fault, just started recently, I've had to change a bunch of my links.

...or put some paper towels over the sand for a day.

I'd cut out all the 'stuff' (except chick feed and plain water)and wait and see before concluding they need corid.

Post some pics of your brooder setup.

So what I found in their poop wasn't bright red. I am really uncertain about treating them or not. I worry that I have irritated their stomachs with all of the junk I've ignorantly provided for them. If that is the case, is Corid going to be tough on their already irritated stomachs? I know they can get it other ways but they haven't been outdoors in at least 2 weeks, possibly more. They're water is on a wood block so surprisingly it stays somewhat clean

I would watch the chicks for any lethargy, hunched or puffed up appearance, not eating, and runny poops. Coccidiosis only causes blood in some strains. All birds will pass some orangey red intestinal shed occasionally, but just watch your birds. Paper towels or puppy pads over the Sweet PDZ might get some samples of droppings.
