Hi I have a chicken from an auction I believe is around 2 months old. She or he (idk yet) is getting over cocciadstat and on day 3 of corid water. She is getting better with that and is eating and drinking but I think she has gapeworm. What can I do it's late at night and the breathing has gotten a bit worse. She is opening her mouth and streatching her neck almost gasping for air and making a little noise as well. She is still as active as she can be rightnow getting over cocciadstat. She has been sleeping inside and away from my others. PLEASE HELP! what can I do? Will she die soon if I don't do something tonight?

I dont and its amost 1 am here and tsc will be closed for the 4th of July tmr. I love the chick so much and I dont want to fall asleep incase she gets progressively worse. Any natural remedies?
A video would be good.

In your other thread you had mentioned raspy breathing but said it was getting better.
I would check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight (empty in the morning before eating/drinking).

You had also said you found 2 worms in the poop, I had recommended that you get some dewormer (Safeguard or Valbazen) if you were seeing worms. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/lathargic-chick-please-help.1319725/page-3#post-21515921

Tractor Supply is likely open even though it's the 4th. They usually just close a couple of hours early.

I'm not sure if the gasping is from worms or not to be honest. It could be a crop issue, respiratory disease or worms - or a combination you never know.

Ok she has been continuing to drink her corid water tomorrow will be day 5. I can get dropping pics tmr morning. Thankyou for all the help!
