Hmmm.
Chances aren’t great for survival, if it truly busted it open. But I would try to put the ducklings butt back in the half shell, and place it in a small bowl or container, prop it so that the head is up with some dry paper towels, or wash cloth, etc. and keep it in the incubator.

Hey, just a quick suggestion: You'll tend to get a better and more relevant response if your subject line is more specific / detailed than "HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! PPPPPLLLLLEEEEEAAAAASSSSSSEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!"

For example: "Please help! Duckling yolk sack burst. What should I do?"

Ok so I put him in a jar with a damp paper towel in the incubator is that ok? He is still moving chirping and is acting fine!

I wouldn’t do that. You want a dry paper towel and I would think a jar would hinder circulation. I found a better pic of what I do.
you want the duckling to absorb as much of that yolk as possible, and not drag it around and rip it any worse.
