I can't remember, if it was mentioned....Where did these chicks come from?
I would not take any more birds from them,A breeder that is local to me.Thought I was doing the right thing by not having them shipped. I’m going to get my free replacements but try elsewhere next time.
I agree with this.I would not take any more birds from them,
as that's likely where the respiratory illness originated from.
Wait until labs come back to know just what you're dealing with before making any further decisions. Some respiratory diseases can be dealt with easier than others.
Of her birds did indeed seem perky, active and healthy.....
I would look at where my brooder is set up.
Is there a possibility of airborne irritants?
