so long story short my duck as been in the incubator for about 35 days! and i tried to open it up on the air sac side but it accidently teared the membrane i tiny but and small amounts of blood came out what should i do?? should i try to find the beak and open it there or should i just stop all together and see if it will come out on its own(it hasn't internally peeped either) i have no idea what to do now but i read a bit and increased the humidity quite a bit

Keep you hands off.
What type of duck? Is your incubator calibrated?
Why did you try to help it hatch when it hadn't pipped yet? It might not be ready.

so its day 35 and its a pekin duck and all my others have hatch in the past on day 28 i thought that i might need some help or it might be close to dying to i opened it on the air sack side and there were still these massive veins in the membrane but why are there still veins on day 35? they should of gone away by then shouldn't they?

also my incubator doesnt do humidity control would that be some of the reason?

Ok, it could be a different type of duck.
Is it moving when you candle?
If there are still big veins, the baby's not ready yet. When's the last time you candled?
