Yesterday I slept most of the day, so not much getting done. Hoping today will be better.

Hopefully you can get some seedsup until now we were undecided about planting a garden.
but with the cancellation of my hip replacement, I will be able to run the tractor.
And, a nephew mentioned that he would help with the garden.
Soooo, tomorrow Annie is going to order corn, green beans, and yellow beans. IF Jungs still has some..
the tomatoes and bell peppers I will plant in cloth pots. and line the bags up on the railing on our deck.
speaking of decks: my brother lives in town. he has a smallish deck on the back of his house. a few days ago there were four deer on the deck looking into the patio door.. Probably wondering where the dog is .. He was put down during the winter..
Man o Man, this was a rough year for our dogs..

Sounds like a future project to me, install windows!I had one of those industrious days today that I will need to recover from.
I set up a sled with the correct angle for my sixty-one degree cut. once set up, the cutting of the eight 2x4's took just ten minutes..
I have the chop saw set up to cut the remaining 5 rafters. tomorrow if I am not still too sore..
I did light a fire in the stove. It took only about 20 minutes and I could take off my jacket.. It is cold inside the shop because I don't have any windows to let the sun shine in.. 40F outside..
I dry fitted a rafter truss. It was near perfect..
