I never tried pottery at any level.
My biggest drawback would be coming up with
an idea of what to make. and then design it.
I'll stick to woodworking. the ideas are brought
to me and the rest is easy.

Got a load of 20 bales in my truck today, just in time before it rained. Supposed to rain all week. Guess it's all or nothing. At least the gardens will be happy.

No rain to amount to much here, either.
might get some toward the end of the week.
The Canadian smoke is so heavy. It actually blocked our satellite signal
a few times.
I wonder if my tomatoes will grow without any direct sun light ?
The temperatures are plenty warm.
We have our deer family back with us. They sure are not spooky.
saw a doe and two very tiny babies yesterday.
The lawn mower repair is at a standstill. I can't figure out the electrical.
might take another shot at it tomorrow.

We lost the AC on Saturday -- with highs in the high 80's.

DH repaired it himself today, having gotten advice from two friends who know HVAC work. All it needed was a $16 part and it probably would have been several hundred dollars to a technician.

Rained most of the night , last night and today. It gets old really fast. I expect the river will be flooding again.
