17 out of 23 hens have either no crop or squishy crop. I dont know what to do I'm so lost. I am so scared. I don't want to start over. I ruined everything and dont know how to fix it.
You have not ruined anything.
You don't have to start over.

Now. Let's take this one step at a time.
When you say they have "no crop" and "squishy crop" when are you feeling the crop - the time of day is important when you feel the crop.

A crop should be empty or flat first thing in the morning before a chicken has had anything to eat or drink.

Feel the crops at night when they go to bed. Take out the food/water from the coop.
Go out first thing and feel the crops again, they should be empty.
IF they have access to food/water before you go out there in the morning, it's going to be very hard to gauge crop function.

The flicking of the heads - did you also clean out your coop, bedding and nesting boxes and treat the whole coop for lice/mites?

They have empty crops at bedtime. 8pm they get out in the morning abt. 7:30 8am. I will dust for mites tomorrow morning. That would be the second week.

5 I know of had respiratory/coryza in 2017. And I hear snoring sounds from two new ones this week. Then blackie hen has green poop and a huge swollen pussy eye.

They go to bed at 8pm, do you provide supplemental lighting in winter?

Even if you dust the birds, if you have not treated the coop, then not all the critters have been taken care of, they will continually get re-infested.

They go to bed around 4:30 but I get home at 8 to lock them up and check on them. I dont do supplemental light because that messes them up

Nice coop tour!
I would get a sampling from different areas, but the photo you posted...did that look like a roundworm in the poop to you?

possibly? Should I get a dewormer while I wait for the fecal float since it takes a week to get here? Im hoping thats all this is. I regret bringing these chickens in but he was moving and had nowhere for them to go. My anxiety has been high amd I cant do anything but wait and see if anyone dies. Everyone feels lighter. It has to be worms.
