I have a hen who stole a Subway sandwich from me, and ran away with it. IT WAS MY LUNCH!

My chickens have eaten so much crazy stuff before, but they are all fine! Don't worry, it will come out alright in the end! LOL

Lucky you that is a soft foreign object, my one hen snatched a 1" screw when I accidentally dropped it, she was a gonner 2 days later, probably punctured her crop.

I had one that found the string from a bag of feed. Couldn't pull it out so we cut off what was hanging out. She's still alive almost a year later.
More recently I had a derp who keeps eating the plastic that's ejected from a nail gun. She thinks it's delicious and we're keeping her from enjoying them. She's eaten a bit of them, but she seems fine.
