Hen has a swollen eyelid

I have a hen that’s low on the totem pole of our flock and recently has gotten many wounds on her comb and the skin around her eye has been swollen since yesterday and only got worse since then. Photos will be provided, she’s been drinking and eating just fine and she doesn’t act like it effects her. Looking for an suggestions on what to do it what might be wrong.

Hi! I see you're in Georgia, this could be fowl pox. Can you dose her with undiluted nutri drench? Offer raw yolk and cooked meat, anything she will eat. You need to keep her immune system up. Also, you can use betadeine on her wounds.
