Hen or Rooster

Got this chicken with a several other chicks from Coastal here in Oregon. But it has been making a lot of noise lately. It's the one with the crazy hair in the center of the photo. Did we wind up with a rooster?

Behind the polish I see the back and tail of a second rooster.
