There’s a bump on her head Close to her comb I noticed it had some dried blood around it

Keep her in for a day or two for observation. Keeping her on puppy pads is a great way to see what her droppings look like.

Here’s a picture of the spot on her head.

And I’ve looked at her beak multiple times and haven’t seen anything

I’ll see if I can get some pictures of her poop tomorrow.

It had blood on it and you cleaned it up?

Does she act like that spot seems tender if you touch it or examine her head/neck?
Any other places like that on her head or neck that may be hidden under the feathers?

I'd keep her separated out like you are doing, keep her hydrated and eating. See what happens.

Yeah there was some dried blood on her feathers where the spot it
I cleaned it and it doesn’t seem to bother her
I felt around to see if there was anything under her feathers and looked at her neck and I don’t see anything
And she didn’t seem like anything was hurting

And okay I will she was acting more normal today eating, drinking, clucking so hopefully she’s okay

She seems to be doing better
Her face isn’t discolored anymore and the swelling has gone down.
she’s acting normal eating and drinking good and is being active

I’m not sure what was wrong but she seems okay
Maybe something was stuck in her throat? Or she ate something she wasn’t supposed to when she was outside? Im not sure but she’s doing way better

I'm glad she's doing better and the swelling is going down.
Hard to know what happened. With her having a bump with blood on top of her head, maybe she was bitten by something or suffered some type of trauma?

I'd monitor her for a while longer just to see that she completely recovers and no other symptoms appear.
