Hens neck puffing out when breathing

Our hen has moulted heavily (well I think it’s moulting!) Yesterday she was sitting on lower perch than others and breathing strangely… neck puffs out. I’ll attach a video

Do you notice any coughing, sneezing, mucous, etc.?

I would keep an eye on her, see if she has anything inside her beak and make sure her crop is emptying overnight.
