Here we go again - I'm hatching more goslings!!

My goose eggs are on day 24 and day 22 now.The ones on day 24 are as follows:
122g 115g 110g
135g 127g 123g
135g 127g 122g
127g 122g 115g
The eggs that are two days behind weigh as follows:
193g 188g 180g Sebbie egg that was shipped yeah!
161g 156g 149g Sebbie egg that was shipped yeah!
122g 117g 113g
136g 129g 124g
161g 153g 148g

All of my goose eggs from my laying geese are maiden eggs and I had a large number that were not fertile that we removed from the bator during candling. The two Sebbie eggs are from the three shipped from Ok. The three Sebbie eggs from TN didn't develop so I assumed they weren't fertile as they didn't rot.

Pete if you read this can you tell me if my eggs have lost enough or should I increase the cooling time? My humidity is at 30% right now but has gone up to 40% on rainy days.

Thanks, Celtic!!! I am SUPER excited... these buff dewlaps will be my grand finale for my hatching season. Tracking shows that the eggs are at my local post office... so they will be here in a few hours!!!

that 1-2 will develop and give me a buff baby!!

Littledear, congrats on your eggs getting this far and best of luck on a great hatch! If I recall Pete's instructions, you take initial weight.... multiply by 16%, then divide by 4 to get the weekly weight loss amount.

Celtic, glad the eggs arrived quick and safe. I have St Patty's day babies. 7 of 11 Welsummers hatched. They had very bad damaged air cells even though the packing was great. Got three in the hatcher as the others are still in the incubator drying out right now. The buff poms I have in the bator are due next Friday. They are all doing really good.

Also, if anyone else wants buff Pom eggs, I'm down to my last two orders on my list. So I could be shipping anyone eggs by Monday the 26th. Would like to see this breed out there more. They are gentle and have much different attitudes than the Africans I have. They are more like the pilgrim I have.

Send Pics! Nothing is as tempting to these hatching enablers as a good pic. You know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
