Here we go again - I'm hatching more goslings!!

Chikn, yes. It appears to me that he has externally pipped and is now resting and absorbing yolk to prepare for zipping. He may wake up from his nap from time to time... but he has quite a few hours to go yet.

Still resting, but his head has moved back down some

Chikn, yes! You want that inner membrane to stay moist and non-sticky to your baby. As it turns kinda brown looking, you can work the qtip under and peel it back a little off the baby, and it looks like you have done that with the membrane by the head. Good job. Baby is taking its time to absorb that yolk. I assume it is still breathing ok and it should be going into a period of quiet rest. So keep doing what you are doing.

Goosed, it depends on what you are intending to do with them. If breeding for hatching eggs or babies to sell, I'd pass. If hatching to have pets, then I would consider it. There is another ebay ad for mixed grey/buff dewlap eggs. Not sure how she ships them and she is a brand new seller, but if I were to take a gamble, I'd probably go with those eggs instead.

For those 2 breeds we are only looking to add to our flock. I actually really only want one of each, but if I have more thats ok

It's not moving like it was. I'm sitting here watching it and have been for a while. The pattern has changed. It's still vibrating and peeping, but the big movements have decreased.
