Here we go again - I'm hatching more goslings!!

Did not try to free nares yet on egg with yolk at fat end... but I can see the air pocket he has found himself and seems to be breathing well.

Here is my backwards egg... still alive. Don't know how to attack this guy. Have not pipped the last 2 yet either.

ETA: freed nares on the one with weird yolk.

Trying to summon up the nerve to deal with the last 2 eggs, which I know have bad fluid and are not turned properly.

Finally got the nerve to open the last two. Think I may be too late for one... but got the other one in time. The one twisted like a pretzel passed... will open it up completely at some point just to see where the darn beak was located.

QJ... my bad fluid eggs also had multiple inner membrane layers. It was weird!!!!

Had hubby take better pics for me. Here is one of the wrong way baby:

When we were taking pics/assessing eggs, the one I thought had died showed life.... so I tried again to find the beak without taking much more shell off... I have no clue to look, but I'm sure time is running out for this one:

Absolutely no change on my sebs. They are still storng, and I see life, but no pip on any of them internally. (huge sigh)

I'm about to go pip them externally, and get a look. I know ive had shrink wrap troubles, so I'm not letting my sebs die. I'm going in, ya'll.

Marty, err on the side of going in. Wont harm the baby if you external pip a small hole and you see clear membrane with veins. If you open it up and see white suctioned to the baby, then you know what to do... and keep us posted!!

Update on my egg... the baby that I couldn't find the beak.... based on the pics and talking to Celtic on phone, we figured it out. I was able to wedge a qtip under his neck and pull head out. Darn thing is still holding on.

After these guys get a brief rest, I will be going back to wrap the yolk up on my wrong end baby per Celtic's directions. Will post pic of that when done.

All 5 opened up... all 5 in various stages of hanging on.
