OMG! I just looked at weather.com... Marty, it says you are in the direct tornado path!! Do you have proper shelter?? What do you do with your animals???

Dont worry, I allrady posted that here and at hatch day. I've put all the ducks in the garage in thier tremp cages. I've got everybody else in the garage (nice solid, and only 20) or in my spare bedroom. (except squeeky, whos on my hands again)

Our 136 year old house comes with a nice rock basement, and we've got supplies there. Only two small windows, so nice and tight. If bad weather comes, we hit the basement. I was raised with this, it happens all the time spring and fall. I see an actual tornado almost every year, and often come close to them. So far so good. My house is up on a hill above the river, and so far in the history of the house they've always followed the river and stayed in the bottems. Of course, you never know, and I'm always hiding in the basement with the girls.

I wondered if he liked your hair. All the babies do, they think its mamas feathers. Once he figured out it was there, he claimed it. And so far, he's only pooped on me the one time today.

Yes, I'm very lucky. Its on the historic register too. (That's almost more work than its worth, and we're still doing restorations. About 8 more years should do it.

)
