I don't think you can give them too much ACV. Meyer Hatchery told me to give my chicks half ACV and half water! Because of that, I would probably give them more than just a drop, maybe 5.

That is not correct, because as soon as you "overdose" ACV they will not drink the mixture which will quickly lead to dehydration, constipation etc . Even more harmful with brooder chicks that are fed pellets/crumbles and live in dry surroundings caused by the dry heat emanating from heating lamps or heating pads. They therefore need to drink much more to stay healthy than chicks with a mother hen living in a natural garden.

Fresh box, for sure, anything you can do, mabey best you just rotate boxes, being outside is supposed to expose them, so mabey let them just fight this without added exposure. Again though, I've never treated coccidia, your doing a great job though.

Didn't you already order it? This helps with severe coccidiosis.
Nope, I ordered Coxoid.
I couldn't find anything else. I was lucky to find the Coxoid.
Not sure if it does count as severe.
I've been fortunate enough to avoid cocci for all the years I've had chickens, so I don't know how severe this case would be counted. They are active.
I think the Buff isn't drinking much because she doesn't like the taste.

More blood this morning -and now I am starting to worry that the treatment isn't effective.
Treatment ends on Tuesday, I know it's only been three to four days, but I was hoping to have seen more improvement.
I'm going to make their feed with the meds this morning.
The Wyandotte x has DEFINITELY been drinking the water, he literally drinks every time he walks past it. Yet I've seen bad droppings from him.
I'm going to check I got the dosage right. I'm positive I did, I got my cousin to help to double check I didn't make a mistake, but I'd like peace of mind that I didn't mess up with that.
Would it be wise to get a fresh box and move them into the utility room?
What dose are you giving?
Photos?

I'm putting 1.55 mil of medication per 250 mil water.
I'm assuming you don't want photos of the bottle as I already did, what do you want the photos of? The droppings were cleaned up. 😬
This afternoon after I got some undiluted into both of them & added the diluted water to their food, the droppings have all been dry, with no blood sightings since this morning.
Maybe I haven't been doing enough beak dipping.
They weren't able to go outside as much today as it's raining. I hate keeping them in, as they're little chickens now. But they seem happy enough.

Sorry this has gone on for so long.

No, I don't need photos of the bottle LOL
Droppings? Photos?

Math looks good for your dosing.

I forgot - what are you feeding? Are you only noticing the blood in the mornings?

Every morning I make up their chick mash. Water (from now on medicated water), chick crumb, and occasionally yoghurt mixed in. But usually just crumb & water.
I refresh the medicated water every day. Using a jug and then any that doesn't get drunk, spilt, used, I use to wash out their box. If it needs it.
I lined the cardboard box with a bin liner to protect it if they spilt the water (as they continually do) and also it helps as I can pour the water in it to clean.

I should have gotten photos of the droppings before I cleaned them, only I noticed once or twice the Buff actually pecking the poops, so I prefer to clean up straight away, particularly ones with blood in.
I'm definitely noticing the blood in the mornings. If there is blood in the afternoon/evenings it's definitely happening less.
Maybe it's because they aren't drinking much during the night?

None of the ones with blood are still around, but this is what they have looked like from about 11 onwards.
White urates, solid, healthy looking.
If I see blood again I'll take a pic straight away.
Forgot to say they do also get treats of something like a vegetable to peck at ect. Only healthy treats, but it's worth mentioning.

As vegetables contain water everything you give them apart from their pellets/crumbles will reduce the intake of the medicated water.

And preparing the mash not using the medicated water reduces the intake even more.
