I'm providing heat during the night only, as some nights have been quite cold. And usually I wake up about five, so I turn it off then if don't look cold.
I was thinking they'd be fine without it, but the Wyandotte isn't completely feathered yet. But was planning to try without it tonight.
I mean, they could be too hot in the mornings, from the heat lamp, but that wouldn't cause the blood, would it?
It hasn't been very warm here. It's true when they say Ireland rains all the time.
