Thank heavens there are other folks who don't like kale. Sometimes I feel like I'm the worst person on the world for not eating it or feeding to to my family. I do eat a fair amount of greens (spinach, Swiss chard, collard greens, even polk when I was little), but kale is just

I found boneless skinless chicken breasts on sale. yesterday I put some in the crockpot with Mexican seasoning, some salsa and enchilada sauce. Shredded the meat and made enchiladas. Put the second pack in the crock with bbq sauce, raspberry preserves, onion and garlic. shredded that and it's in the freezer for another night. Have the last pack in the crock now with pineapple, garlic, ginger, soy, scallions for an Asian style. That will also go in the freezer. Easy meals some night!
