Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Squirreling indeed !

@Pork Pie it's the second time that you have mentioned lamb belly. What is it, and how is it prepared ?
Same cut as pork belly. Just roll the little tinker, blast it in a hot oven for 30 mins, then wrap in foil and cook low and slow for 3 hours plus. Like pork belly, the flavour is the best tasting cut of meat :)

Princess ordered some meals from 'Blue Apron' - they send the ingredients, and you prepare.

Wed. night we had grass fed sirloin steaks with a spice mixture, broccoli with a lemon sauce and mashed sweet potatoes. Thurs. night we had cheese and panko bread crumb crusted chicken breasts, cucumber/radish salad, and potato slices with a spice mixture.

Not bad for a change, but I do okay on my own. One thing for sure the meats/vegetables/ingredients from 'Blue Apron' are very high quality.

Tonight grandson is playing baseball so we'll eat ballpark food.

The thing I don't like about those meals is there are no leftovers...
I don't like sandwiches, so for lunches - left-overs are an essential part of my meal repertoire.

Tue. night was Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
Wed. night was Instant Pot Sirloin Roast with potatoes, carrots & onions
Thurs. night was Spaghetti and Meatballs.
