Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Roast chicken, ditto taters with carrots n leeks sautéed in butter for dinner. No cranberry or redcurrant sauce in the house so it’s blackcurrant confiture (so it says on the jar) - jam to we normal peeps :D
 
Tonight will be leftover chicken, frozen veg and finely sliced taters on top. I'll add some butter to try and make the taters go nice and crispy :)

I've added gravy so it will basically be a cottage pie without the beef :p . I was going to use a tin of mushroom soup as opposed to the gravy but the look I got from DW when I suggested it made me think twice about that idea :rolleyes:
