Anna stayed by his side, eventually she shifted to human and lay by his unhurt side, lightly hugging him as exhaustion took her and made her sleep at his side.

Angela watched her without a word. After she left, curiosity got her to go over and look at the picture then pick it up. Lightly she trailed a finger over the wings of the dove in the drawing. She blinked then held the drawing close, closing her eyes. It was a more common type than her white dove, but it was still the familiar shape. After a few minutes, she sat near the food and looked at it again then cautiously picked up one and looked at it then the picture before eating a little.

Star shivered again when he mentioned her. She closed her eyes, waiting while he untangled her legs. She wouldn't shift with that thing on her, it had frightened her and hurt her, so she didn't trust it, even with it off. and she couldn't speak human in this form.

Zypher awoke sometime later. He slowly opened his eyes and looked around. How did he get to bed? That's when the warmth next to him and Anna's sweet scent registered. He looked down at her repose. Ah, so this was Anna, unguarded. She looked so peaceful with her head resting on his chest. He went to touch her face was his other hand and realized what a bad idea that was. That's when it all came flooding back to him, in a flash. He whispered "Thank you, Anna. For taking care of me." He snuggle into her, just a little deeper. He was enjoying her weight half draped over him. He sighed softly and smiled.

Angela's handler was in the library lookingfor books on doves. She found a wonderful pictures in this one book. So she decided on getting it for her. Maybe she'd enjoy it.

Ericsson slowly lifted the net off her head. "I didn't mean to go through extremes, but you were in a manic state. You were a danger to yourself and to other shifters. Did you know, that Amar decided to have her hand fixed after all?" He said brightly.

Had she been awake, she would have tried to brush it off as wolf cuddling, but that didn't work when you would be blushing from even saying it. Star rose and shook her coat and feathers then looked to him again. She drew in a deep breath then finally shifted to human form. She stumbled a little then shook her head and reached to touch the necklace with a still trembling hand.

Dawn shifted to her human form and began playing with her hair. Everyone but her seemed so old in comparison that she felt out of place and even worse, alone. Her feelings meant nothing here, she knew that. So she shoved them deep inside and pretended not to care.

Markus watching her shift and was amazed at the magic of it all. How they could be on form, then in a blink be something else entirely. "How old are you anyway? " He asked Dawn confused.

When Angela's handler came back to work, she was so excited to give, Angela the book. There were some pretty remarkable breeds of doves and pigeons. It also had a lot to read. She quietly walked into the room and set the book down and backed away. She want to the far side of the room and sat down on the floor.

Ericsson slowly bowed. "There she is and I'm sorry about the collar. They had just developed it and ordered me to put it on you." He explained further.

"I know where they are, Harold. And if you try and run I will find them, Diaval was chipped while he was unconscious. Give them back and I won't hurt anyone, and will let you resign from your job."

"I didn't take them, I'm sorry but I'm not doing it." Harold said.

"There on the map- at your house." He said.

Skye's cheeks turned a pale pink as she kissed him back.

Mark smiled and let the kiss come to an end naturally then hugged her close. He didn't want her to go away from him. 

Skye sat in his embrace.

Astrid quickly kissed his cheek, then, leaning back she pretended like nothing happened by pretending to be intrigued by the dirt.

Liana giggled and pulled Carrow harder ahead. Buchanan stumbled and laughed as he tried to keep up.

Sonora set down her thinks and ran to the other bed. After placing a hand on the mattress to test it she jumped onto with a laugh. “I could sleep forever!” Sonora didn’t know any better because it was much nicer than anywhere else she had stayed, that is if she could afford a room.

Raine grinned at her. Then looked down at the dirt, as well. "What do you see down there? It must be really interesting." He said.

Carrow giggled softly, "Oh my, I'm forever going to be out ran by a deer. An eagle could never keep up." She said dramatically.

Keira smiled at Sonora. "I second that thought. Is it a complete sell out, if I admit that I want a bed like this? Dare I say, the whole human cage. Four walls, frig full of food, clean water from the tap and security!" She asked.

"Look at this," She said seriously as she picked up a grain of dirt.

Liana stopped when she came to the bedroom door, Buchanan paused to catch his breath.

"Yeah, sometimes you have to look at the bright side," She said winking.

Amar still felt the pain a bit, but her face was set so sternly that she could not cry. Through the whole surgery she focused on not twitching, or pulling her hand away. She was relieved at last when the surgery was over, exhausted from the agonizing three hours. When Ashton praised her she became aware that if she was not careful she would burst out crying for sure. "I won't shift." She promised, drawing back her hand to look at it.

Ashton nodded at that promise. "Alright let's get you bandaged up and get that splint on. Then you can rest, I know you are exhausted." She went into the cabinets to get the supplies she need. As she came back she set them down and looked deep into Amara's eyes. "Thank you for letting me help you. You are too special to be lame. You know I have a minor in Mythology. But unicorns were always my favorite. " She explained quietly. She then gently bandaged her hand and put the splint on. She adjusted the velcro just right tightness. "All done." She said joyfully.

"Thank You." She smiled quietly, sitting patiently as she finished.

Angela looked to her when the door opened and watched her carefully then looked at the book then to the drawing then back to the woman. "Who are you?" Her voice as always was soft though it still held that tremble of fear.

Star shook her head and looked away from him "Don't, don't mess with the black one. Don't bring her here. Even one as cut off as I am knows of her...oddities" She said, still touching the collar though she didn't try to take it off yet.

Raine tilted his head and looked intently at the speck of sand. "Yes, and what do you think that is." He asked, very interested in what she'd say.

Then shifted into her mined wolf form and sprawled out again. Keira gave Sonora a toothy grin as rolled onto her back, with her long legs all akimbo. "Oh, yeah! All is right in the world." She sighed softly.
