Made another half batch of plain caramels, accidently under cooked them, nor good for wrapping, maybe for ice cream. so I recooked them, forgot about them so they seized. I added water and am boiling them again. They are very dark now, they'll either be really, really good or really burned. Lol

Entry #4 - Chocolate Mousse Pie

First time I've ever made this, and it was the first time I actually had to make whipped cream from scratch. I didn't quite get the texture right but oh boy, this was DELICIOUS. I spread more whipped topping across the top and used mini chocolate chips to surround the outer edge and also fill a stocking-shaped cookie cutter in the center. My baking gift to my husband who requested this!
