Houdan Gender - Thought I knew, now, maybe not

I posted pictures of my 2 houdan's and everyone agreed they were roos. But...
Big D has some big wattles and red above his beak (his comb)? Little D has much smaller wattles and no red above his beak. Does this just mean he isn't as "manly" as Big D, or could it mean maybe Little D is a manly she?

lil d looks like a she in the face, idk tho never raised polish so dont take my word for it. but if it was any breeds i raised id say that face says lady 100%

I'm thinking both are cockerels....it could be that Little D is developing at a slower rate than his brother.

Thanks. It is hard to tell because all the ones I find pictures of are bearded and I don't think mine are bearded. Why can't the be easy to sex like dogs? Lol.

Agree with Alexandra. Both look like cockerels. 10 weeks to is too early for a pullet to get wattles as large and well colored as Little D has, in my opinion.

Both are cockerels. Like Alexandra33 stated, one is just slower developing.
