How do you like cooking your eggs?

I found a good recipe for an egg, cheese, biscuit, gravy (roux?) Casserole dish. Very good and easy! I make it a lot on the weekends.

Love deviled eggs with a good splash of pickle juice and minced green olives.

Omelet with ham and cheese and seasoned to taste.

I add relish to deviled eggs

Here's a way I forgot, but just ate. Inside an avocado - cut the avocado, remove pit, take a thin slice off the rounded part so it will sit right & crack an egg into the hole from which the pit was removed & bake till set. I "stove bake" in a skillet with a lid. I reheat pizza, garlic bread, french fries that way too.

I like really fried eggs, cheesy eggs with cumin, hard boiled eggs, egg salad, and deviled eggs (I call them angeled eggs).
