Just do what you can. Be civil around her or by pass her and give the money directly to the bank so you know it has been paid.

I am that one. My one brother is a blight on her name and my other brother is the Golden Child. He always has been.

Knowing and being aware that you were treated that way makes you a good parent.

And it really ticked me off when she said "Get rid of your stupid animals". Hey MY house doesn't smell like dog pee because I have a spoiled dog that pees all over the carpet. MY animals feed me and pay bills.
