I had 2 roosters. One barred rock/ EE mix, Danny and one New Hampshire, Hammy.

I sold Danny June 13 in the early morning.

I collected eggs from the 14- 19. And started incubating them. Some of them are starting to hatch.

So I have collected eggs from some of my Barred Rock hens and they are getting ready to hatch.

How long does the roosters stuff stay inside a hen? Is there any way that the eggs I collected won't have the barred rock coloration?

Note: the egg I collected on June 14 hatched and it is a barred rock.

Its not uncommon for hens to store "rooster juice" for over 30 days. I always recommend separating for at least 5 weeks if you want pure chicks.
