How many duck eggs did you EAT today?

we have eaten goose eggs but i find them to be dry tasting . DH thinks they are fine so i just make them for him. my favorite is Dux eggs.

I don't remember if the goose eggs i ate were dry, but i do remember that the yolk coming out of of that giant eggs was a disappointment. The yolks of the duck eggs are much larger.

That might be, but the boiled goose eggs i had as a kid were not as good as the duck eggs. And those were Muscovy eggs.
But the best eggs were those from my uncle's bantam chickens: Almost all yolk, only a thin layer of egg white outside.

Made spicy ramen with asparagus and dandelion buds from the yard. And of course, an egg swirled in.
