That's exactly what I told her. We had a long talk about consequences and some of the choices she's been making lately. Eggs are not food for chickens. I could tell by the way she ruffled her feathers that she had taken it to heart.

I got my first egg today!!!!!

8/12 but 3 were soft shelled. Cool part was I watched them lay them. Better then 2 yesterday. Go girls!

I got 5 eggs from 8 hens...well...one of my hens is raising her 2 week old chicks so she won't be laying for a few more week..so YAAY!
