How soon after Baytril can I give Itraconizole?

So, its been a few days now and she is showing some improvement. At night she is not wheezing anymore. However, she is not really eating, she seems to have a lot of trouble swallowing food e.g. throws her head upwards trying to get the food down. When she walks she's started falling over...a lot! I am wondering if the problem is more a fungal infection in her throat? I say this, because last year she battled this problem a lot over a long period of time. I'm worried at her lack of eating and she's getting weaker and painfully thin compared to my other 2 ducks.

Is it safe to stop the Baytril, it's been 4 days now on Baytril. I think I'd like to begin her back on Itraconazole for fungal infection in her throat.

Question: How long do I need to wait after giving her the last dose of Baytril please?

Thanks so much for your help anyway. I should have trusted my gut and gone with antifungals in the first place since she had had fungal issues last year.
