There are general overviews of the standard online, but for the complete breed standard, you must purchase the whole book from the American Poultry Association.

Well I don't need to be a member I was just reading the American silkies breeder club thing it tells u the weight size length and everything about what they need to be to be breeder and show quality

Roada, I think you don't understand the difference between someone who breeds chickens and a chicken breeder.

Anybody can breed chickens. All you have to do is put roosters and hens in a pen, gather the eggs, put them in an incubator and hatch the chicks. You have successfully bred chickens.

Do you have any breeding goals?
