BYC supports most browsers, and even many older versions.

Does the Fire tablet allow you to try other browsers (like Chrome or Firefox)? I'd suggest testing those.

FWIW, I can no longer see pictures and videos on my Ipad

Is that a new issue? How long has it been going on? Which model / browser?

It worked fine a year ago when we made the change, then one day the videos stopped working, shortly after that pictures and smileys didn't show up. It's an iPad I, so it's very old and updates are no longer available.

I don't know where @bluejeans went but the update (Kindle update) worked and they can now see the blue buttons and upload pictures!

It was either they update that fixed things or the clearing the browser history or a combo of both.

I have a kindle fire 7. It's not that good. If I want to copy a picture, like a meme, for example, I can't copy it to a clipboard and paste it to a thread. It only give the options for email, fb, Twitter etc. Kindle are ok for shopping on Amazon and browsing not much more. It took 6 month's for them to update ebay! I can't even set my own background image, it will always go back to Amazon adverts! If you need to upload a photo you need to have taken it from the tablet or have a dropbox. It is much easier to use my phone which is a Sony z5. So much faster as well. And I can't get the BYC app from Amazon app store for it!

I didn’t realise those Kindles were so limited I looked at getting Charlie one but glad I didn’t now. I like to stick to iPad & iPhone. So easy to pair them so everything is shared on both automatically, photos, iMessage, WhatsApp etc.
