Humidity In The Coop

I continue to have high humidity in my henhouse that is 12 x 12 feet. On mild days I open the door and turn on a small fan but on cold days I can't do this. Any ideas??

You really need to add ventelation up high. How big is your coop? Is it tall enough to walk into? If so you should really open up both ends. The humidity will make the birds sick.

This is my coop...it's 10x10. The ventelation is above the doors front and back, east to west. Works very well
