Anheiser Busch has stopped filling cans with beer and started filling them with emergency drinking water. upon hearing this, Some Texans were heard to shout "Send the beer!"

My chickens aren't too stressed. I got 3 eggs yesterday and so far 4 today. Definitely low numbers for me but at least some are still laying. I'm dying for real internet right now. Boy is it tough not having it. This not knowing what's going on is killing me.

Folks as far inland as Huntsville report being unable to exit the highways because of flooding. Maybe further up than that even will be spotty and dangerous.

Third shelter has opened in Dallas and we'd love to have you! Just started pouring here, but it'll pass.

anyone needs to get out has an rv we have room here in Washington state just 3/4 an acre but could take an rv or two

The Cajun Navy has deployed and they're headed to Texas. They're an extremely well-organized group of volunteers who were invaluable in the rescue efforts in the Baton Rouge flooding last August.

Houston hospitals evacuating, much via helicopter to awaiting ambulances. Tornadoes west of Katy. People driving the wrong way on highway to Sugarland, and other freeways!

Plan on that for the next year. Another obversation from 12 years ago.

They are predicting another rough night for Houston metro with strong storms. Torrential rains and high winds incoming.
