Unfortunetly no... LOL 'My Way' isn't really mine. Its what the divorce decree says. For some reason he thinks that I'm going to say 'ok' come visit... and then when he gets here, change my mind. Legally I can't. the only thing I need to look into is if I *have* to make my kids go. I don't think my son wants to, if the guy shows up.

The only reason he thinks I'd do that, is because he used to do that to his 2nd wife with my eldest. Tell her she could visit with her, and then either change his mind before it happened, or show up in the middle of the night and take her back.

Do you have lawyer you can talk to about what your current rights are? You say it's been 11 years since he has complied, some things may had changed due to that. Here, when the kids become teenaged they often have a say in if they want to visit or even who they live with. Find out what you and your children's current rights are and make your decisions. Also Here, law schools often do pro bono work, with your lawyer being a senior in law school over seen by a prof. Good luck

How do you all celebrate Halloween ? let see photo's we have just started getting things up

i do nothing but carve pumpkins and dress up my daughter
sometimes my husband and i will dress up with her ( like one year she was little red riding hood i was granny and hubby was the wolf, another year she was sheriff callie and we were cows)

I'm not sure....I've literally stood in the yard and ran at it...it's a pair and they are fearless. The back is state land/wooded/marsh and they roost there. My girls/guy are quick...but they are little and the hawk has dove even at the roo....while I was holding him.

all birds of prey are protected in the US but oyu can deter them with disco balls, streamers, cds, things that move and gleam like whirligigs

They'll need to issue another hurricane warning for your area.
