i bumped the incubaator the day 21 chicks stopped moving, did I kill them? please help!

I know the eggs sometimes hatch later than 21 but this one egg (It made a small hole in its shell) has stopped moving! I accidently bumped it and the egg clinked together, the eggs that was hatching then stopped moving! Please help!

Bumping should not have caused any problems. Hatching chicks play 'football' with remaining eggs in the incubator, and hatching still proceeds.
