The black is an Easter Egger, wrong skin color for Ameraucana. Both look like cockerels, but a full body shot of the Blue would help confirm.

Blue is definitely also male. That darker shade of blue through the wing is male specific.

I have two of each and they all look exactly the same! Now they've all started fighting. I'm so bummed they all maybe Roos!

The easter eggers (?) are pullets, I'm not sure about the silkie.
