The hatchery freebies are almost always cockrels, this one does look to have partridge coloring and my 1st guess would be partridge rock, but that's not considered exotic by any stretch.

i looked up what you said.. and the chicks dont look like the chipmunk chicks that he was.. i was wondering if hes a silver leghorn.. i looked up the others chipmunks and out fo the 4 of them i found on mcmurry site, 2 of them have an extra toe.. so i just dont know...
