Oh no to any one who don't know the best thing I found when I had chicks in distress put a cap full of apple cider vinegar in a gal of water this saved my ee babies they were lathargic

My first thought in these cases , I've learned my lesson, is the crumbles are too big, so I hammer them down to smaller pieces. If you have a weak one right now, try a wet mash on your finger, or yogurt on your finger and keep trying to wipe it on the side of the beak hopefully with their mouth open, but just a smear.
Also , think about separating them with their own food, just hammer it down, or use a plastic bag and a rolling pin.

You may have already done so, but you ought to have something to improve their footing in the brooder. I use paper towel for the first few days, then graduate to pine pellet bedding. Having sure footing helps prevent leg probems.
