Yes it's mine. It has been my dream bird for last 4 years I had been trying to get some and spent alot money on their eggs with none hatching until this year I lucked out on swap and got a couple chicks and of course the other died. But I did get some more eggs through a swap and hatched out two more and agian one of them died. So I have two of them and their both looking like Roos the other one is about 4 weeks old.

I still have about 3 years till I'm able to get some. I wish you all the luck in the world with them! I can only imagine how much you spent on eggs and chick. I figured it would be cheaper to do eggs but I decided with something so rare and expensive I'm better off with getting chicks. Plus hopefully in a few years they won't be so expensive and hard to find.

If I were to do it again I would spent the money a half dozen chicks instead spending a few hundered dollars on eggs and have no luck until this year. So probably by time you are able to get some they won't be that much. So If you can buy chicks.

That is a beautiful rooster!

Hi all, I have many Polish and I love them!
Some of my Polish:

My question: Some of my Polish have feathered feet (as you can see on the black one and the Golden Laced). Is that normal? What could have caused that?

It's a flaw. I have 2 with feathers in between their toes, and one has spurs. Now and then you get a genetic "oops" in there

That's what I'm gonna do. I would love to get a a few I could breed and sell the chicks to help pay for feed or something. I even got a 10x16 barn for them!
