I joined the Scrambled-Pocket-Egg Club today

Hi, my name is BorderKelpie and I make pocket omelets.

(My DD made a great one, too - back pocket, jumpy puppy lol - you get the idea. To this day she blames Drift, not herself for putting a breakable object in her back pocket. *sigh* teenagers........)

I too am a confessed member of the club. I have done it more than once. It is good to wear a coat that is machine washable.

Ran down to coop this morning to let the chickens out to free range for the day. I was in yoga pants (no pockets, and my dress of choice most days) and sweatshirt (again, no pockets) I grabbed the eggs, 3 per hand and 2 in each side of my bra. I'm not upset at the fact I forgot about scrambled egg pocket, it's been since early Winter since I've done that. I'm upset that I had enough room in my bra to hold 4 eggs!

I found this thread last night and was laughing over it..smugly thinking to myself that *I* would NEVER do such a thing.


Today I came in from grabbing one of our chickens to take to 4H club. I felt this dripping down my leg and had no idea what it was... finally realized it was an egg in the pocket of my coat dripping down.. and it was NOT from today. I know it wasn't yesterday's eggs either because I used my basket yesterday. I think I am also a member of the "scrambled brain" club!
