It's probably sleeping now that it's content. Baby chicks sleep a LOT. Just check the temp and make sure it's around 95.

i sure do hope so... I feel so bad that there is nothing really that you can do besides keep the right temp and water and food. we change the water every 2 hours this way it stays warm and clean. ive been putting luke warm water in the cage.

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Keep it quiet and calm. The babies stress really easily. Let it sleep, I'd do water every hour.

The BEST thermometer EVER is a digital reptile thermometer you can get at Petco or PetSmart....The thingy that reads the temp is on a long cord so you can dangle it near the bottom of the brooder to see what the exact temp is down there, and the digital reader stays outside of it. I have been using it since I got my chicks, and it works really well. I think they cost around $5! Plus, its coated in a plastic casing so they won't get hurt, and they think it's the best toy EVER!!!

You can also try a little sugar in the water, a boiled egg mashed up really well...it will help it with regaining its strength some but rest is the main thing now.
