I need some ventilation tips i have pics

When the weather gets better i'm going to stain the wood.
Paint would probably be much better for OSB to really seal it up.

This is where I took the board off of and kept the one to the right to prevent draft

Do you think this would help ventilate it better?
Yep, you removed the soffit and kept the fascia. You should put some hardware cloth across the rafters and screw it to the coop wall and the fascia to keep predators from getting in there.

Like this, but mine comes down the coop wall to cover the windows which open inward.

Warmer air rises. The best place to vent it is at a high point. Gabel and soffit vents are good options. You would want to be able to control the amount and direction depending on the weather condition and wind direction.

At the gables, cut an opening, secure them with hardware cloth and hinge the cut-outs as shutters. I actually use boards slightly larger, so there is an overlap for better seal when the shutters are closed. I usually keep the vents facing the wind close and down wind open so less draft in the coop.

And there are ridge vents and cupolas.
