(Nightpaw is jealous of Rustpaw and Flamepaw. Nightpaw is also missing I think. Icepaw and Galepaw just finished a training session together, and are close friends. The apprentices became unified in a play fight that ended when Galepaw nearly crashed into Tanglepelt. Finchstripe helped them off the hook, and now Droppaw and Galepaw are spending some quality sibling time together catching a ribbit for Finchstripe to thank her)

Galepaw tasted the air and said quietly, "I smell mouse, but no rabbit."

"Don't sniff, use your greatest sense, hearing," Droppaw whispered. He closed his eyes and swiveled his ears at every sound. Himself breathing, his heart beating, Galepaw breathing, her heartbeat, the wind, a bird singing, a squirrel digging for a nut, a few mice in their den, ah, rabbit. "I smell it," he said. "Let's catch it."

Rustpaw's heart did flips and butterflies probably played a game of tag in there.
"Umm, I, er, I like you... more than just a friend too." Rustpaw felt as if he had just one a battle against a rival clan when he confessed his feeling for Flamepaw.
