I think I have a rooster alert

So this little one (who was lovingly named Pass Out by my husband because that is what s/he does, no stopping and settling, just passes out where ever), is 3 weeks old today. I go out to see them, and what do I find...wattles. AH! S/He was sold to me as an RIR and I have had no reason to not believe, but that comb is starting to look "tall" and the wattles are pinky-red.
What do you think?

I think you have a roo!!! I just got an RIR roo from the hatchery, and you better believe his comb was that big that soon!!!

Okay.

Well then, husbands rules are no roosters. I will keep him until he starts to crow or be mean to my girls, then he will go back. But that means I can probably swap him out and try with two more.
