I think I've been over treating

They barely touch the feed anymore, I find it all over the floor.
Should I cut out treats completely and make sure theres nothing on the floor to interest them to get them back on track or am I just missing them eating it?

Cut the treats and make them eat the food. If you give them a lot of extras on a regular basis, they will eat only the extras and not their food.

Why is their food on the floor and not in the feeder? Are they billing out but not eating?

They eat a bit but then the wind blows it over and they dust bath in all the feed
